  1. How do I handle the heat conductive adhesive?
    Apply only a minimal amount of the heat conductive adhesive. The thermal conductivity of the adhesive is better than air, but not as good as that of the heat sink. The more of the object to be cooled sits directly on the heat sink, the better.

  2. How important is the mixing ratio of the adhesive?
    The mixing ratio of 1:1 should be adhered to as closely as possible, otherwise the paste will not cure or will cure very slowly.

  3. How long does the adhesive take to cure?
    Curing takes approx. 16 hours at room temperature or 4 hours at 60°C. Further processing is already possible after approx. 4-6 hours (depending on the layer thickness).
